OMPG's biological testing services have specialized in in-vitro testing for medical devices for many years, i.e. we test exclusively without animal testing. We use the DIN EN ISO 10993 series of standards to test products for biocompatibility, whereby appropriate test methods can be selected depending on the risk classification and application of the product in question.

Compounding and Recycling

Compounding and Recycling

OMPG has been advising plastics and textile processors in the field of recycling management for over 30 years. The existing pilot plant equipment makes it possible to map entire process chains from the recycling monomer (chemical recycling) to the subsequent compound or injection molded body. End-of-life textiles can be processed from the fiber to the yarn to the fabric / nonwoven. The technological parameters are monitored and degradation measurements are carried out.
