OMPG can produce sample films as flat films with a maximum width of 150 mm and wall thicknesses of 50 - 700 µm.

The use of Labtech's laboratory extrusion line allows the production of 2- and 3-layer films from a maximum of two materials.

The laboratory extrusion lines can also be equipped with 80 mm or 150 mm blown film dies.
The required test quantities are 5 to 10 kg.
