Compounding

Most plastics are adapted to their application by compounding. These can be, for example, dyes, reinforcing fibers, impact modifiers or flame retardants. Our extrusion technology from ZSK 25 to ZSK 40 with various dosing devices allows OMPG to produce sample quantities from 5 kg to 5 tons.

Recycling

OMPG has been advising plastics and textile processors in the field of recycling management for over 30 years. The existing pilot plant equipment makes it possible to map entire process chains from the recycling monomer (chemical recycling) to the subsequent compound or injection molded body. End-of-life textiles can be processed from the fiber to the yarn to the fabric / nonwoven. The technological parameters are monitored and degradation measurements are carried out.

Compostability and biocompatibility

In addition, compostability, biocompatibility and pollutant content can be tested in relation to certification requirements (e.g. Blue Angel) in order to develop sustainable products.

Materials testing

We support you in characterizing your materials along the entire value chain and, in close cooperation with the TITK, help you to identify new areas of use or fields of application.
