Environmental simulation test with the electrodynamic vibration exciter

In the vibration testing laboratory, a wide variety of test specimens with a maximum vibration amplitude of ±26 mm and a clamping weight of up to 300 kg can be subjected to different vibration and impact loads. A wide frequency spectrum from 5 Hz to 2700 Hz can be used.

During the vibration test, initial, intermediate and final characterizations of the test specimens are possible on request.

  • DIN EN 60068-2-6: Oscillation (sinusoidal)
  • DIN EN 60068-2-27: Shock test
  • DIN EN 60068-2-38: Composite test
  • DIN EN 60068-2-57: Time history method
  • DIN EN 60068-2-64: Broadband noise (digitally controlled)
  • DIN EN 60721-3-2: Classification of environmental conditions - Section 2: Transportation

The implementation of customer-specific test standards is also possible.

In addition to sinusoidal testing, shock or combined tests as well as resonance testing of various components can also be carried out. In addition to standard tests such as transport tests (DIN EN 60721-3-2), complex test set-ups with electronic monitoring and control of the test specimens can also be guaranteed.

Various fixtures are available for mounting the test specimens (e.g. clamping plate made of Mg cast iron). On request, test specimen mounts provided by the customer can be used for vibration testing or redesigned during the test.
