OMPG – Accreditation and Certification

OMPG mbH has been accredited as a testing laboratory according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 since 1994. The regular control of the professional competence as a testing laboratory is carried out by the central German accreditation body (DAkkS).

The 2020 conversion audit was successfully passed and used to expand the accredited test spectrum.

German Accreditation Body

The accreditation certificate has been valid for an unlimited period from July 8, 2021.

OMPG certificates are currently updated by DAkkS. Our laboratory passed the current audit in 2020. Please use our German accreditation certificates meanwhile. Certificates are on their way.

The flexibly accredited area was extended in 2020. All currently accredited standards are included in the list of services (in German).

The accreditation certificate for medical devices has been valid for an unlimited period from May 4,2023. (PDF in German)
 

Company approvals

OMPG is listed as a supplier on several platforms of large automotive groups.

Certification of the Mercedes-Benz Group (formerly Daimler AG) according to BQF:

  • Emission tests DBL 1000 (VDA 270; VDA 278)

VW approval for emission tests according to VW 50180:

  • PV 3015 (fogging)
  • PV 3341 (headspace)
  • PV 3900 (odour plastics)
  • PV 3900 (odour leather)
  • PV 3925 (formaldehyde)

Mercedes-Benz (Daimler AG) has approved the OMPG for tests according to VDA 278 (organic emissions) and VDA 270 (odor) with the reference source approval BQF to DBL 1000 (2023-01) "Emission and odor in the interior".

The list of all laboratories can be found on the VW Business Platform under Information / Business Units / Quality Assurance / Materials Technology. Only the approved VW partners have access.

Participation in the Thuringia Sustainability Agreement

The Thuringia Sustainability Agreement is a voluntary agreement between the Thuringian state government and the Thuringian economy. It brings together politics, administration and business, particularly on the topics of climate and environmental protection, resource conservation, energy efficiency and social sustainability. The sustainable use of our natural resources concerns us all. We also want to contribute to this through our sustainability strategy. For this reason, OMPG mbH participates in the Thuringia Sustainability Agreement.
