The requirements for supplier parts in the automotive sector are becoming ever more extensive and differentiated. OMPG offers professional testing services for automotive products in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards.

Offers

We draw up quotations in accordance with the drawing requirements or specifications of most internationally renowned automotive manufacturers and carry out a large proportion of the necessary tests in-house. The spectrum ranges from material and emission tests to storage under climatic conditions or UV radiation.

Damage analysis

In the field of damage analysis, reliable analysis methods are available for polymer characterization with regard to composition, melting behavior, end groups or solution viscosities.

Materials

All types of plastic as well as upholstery, decorative and composite materials are tested.

Initial sample testing

OMPG is an accredited testing laboratory so that the test reports can be used for the preparation of initial sample test reports.

If there are additional content requirements that go beyond the standard specifications, corresponding special test reports can be included in the offer after consultation.

Recycling

Versatile technical equipment and experience enable OMPG to offer consulting and testing services for the recycling of plastics and textile materials.

Compounding and recycling

Accreditations / approvals / releases

We have access to the VolkswagenGroupSupply platform and are listed in the Audi list of emission testing laboratories according to VW 50180.

Mercedes-Benz (Daimler AG) has approved OMPG for tests according to VDA 278 (organic emissions) and VDA 270 (odor) with the source approval BQF for DBL 1000 “Emission and odor in the interior”.
