Total E-Quality Germany has awarded the TITK Group with the Total E-Quality award for practicing equal opportunities. The award recognizes scientific institutions for their commitment to equal opportunities. The award was officially presented on November 9, 2016 in Nuremberg.
In its statement, the jury praised the fact that the TITK Group has been pursuing a successful equal opportunities policy for a long time. This applies in particular to equality policy measures in recruitment and organizational culture, which is reflected, among other things, in the fact that women currently make up 53% of the TITK Group's total workforce.
“The TITK Group has been committed to gender equality in the workplace for years, for example with numerous opportunities for individual work organization or by promoting further education and training measures. We are delighted that our commitment in this area has been recognized,” explains Dr. Ralf-Uwe Bauer, Managing Director of TITK.
The award is valid for three years and is the result of an extensive application process.
