Test spectrum expanded in time for K2019

As an accredited testing laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025, OMPG mbH has once again successfully passed the latest surveillance audit. The audit was also used to expand the accredited testing spectrum. The new portfolio will be presented at the K 2019 plastics trade fair in Düsseldorf from October 16 to 23, 2019.

OMPG has been approved by VW for many years and has been repeatedly confirmed by participation in interlaboratory tests. Since 2017, the company has also been certified by Daimler as a laboratory of the highest class A for emission, fire and exposure tests. This makes OMPG one of 19 approved laboratories worldwide that have been specially certified by Daimler on site.

As part of the latest audit, OMPG was able to expand the flexibly accredited emission tests to include odor tests for several automobile manufacturers. For example, the Volvo standard STD 429-0001 and the Opel standard GMW 3205, which means that the laboratory can now offer all accredited tests in accordance with the far-reaching VDA standard 270 and the comprehensive Volkswagen standard VW50180. Furthermore, the range of accredited tests for special pollutants has been expanded to include the class of chlorophenols.

“OMPG's strengths lie in optimal customer advice, very short testing times and a wide range of services for both plastic automotive components and consumer goods as well as textile and leather samples,” says laboratory manager Ute Schwarz.

The respective accreditation certificates can be downloaded from www.ompg.de.Details of OMPG's testing spectrum can be discussed in person with representatives of the laboratory management at the K 2019 trade fair from October 16 to 23 in Düsseldorf. You will find the OMPG at the TITK Group stand - Hall 7, Stand B24.
